The mark consists of A center parallelogram and a pair of bars, one on each of the right and left sides of the parallelogram, said bars extending parallel to the right and left sides of the parallelogram, said parallelogram having a first semi-circular indentation extending inwardly from the left side near the top left corner of the parallelogram and an second semi-circular indentation extending inwardly from the right side near the lower right corner of the parallelogram.
