Design Mark
The mark consists of several concentric circles, the outermost one being a solid red line inside of which is a black circular line. Inside the black circular line is a white circle that contains the curved wording "TEXAS" at the top and "PEPPER JELLY" at the bottom appearing in stylized, black lettering. The innermost circle is blue and surrounds a white five-pointed star. In the center of the star appears the depiction of a red chili pepper with a green cap outlined in black. But for the color white appearing in the five-pointed star as well as the circular band surrounding the curved wording "TEXAS PEPPER JELLY," the color white represents background or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
