The mark consists of the words "VALLEY SECURITY ALARM" with a small circle containing a plus symbol between the words "SECURITY" and "ALARM", the word "VALLEY" appears in large bold block letters and "SECURITY" and "ALARM" in smaller block letters below "VALLEY", centered above the wording appears a design comprised of a circle with double border with a stylized globe with longitude and latitude lines inside, a zig-zag wave runs through the center of the circle and globe with its horizontal lines extending out on either side of the circle, a small circle appears above the zig-zag line in the upper center of the circle, the color white in the drawing represents background and is not part of the mark.
