Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a receptacle for mobile electronic devices, the configuration having a distinctive trim. The trim is formed into a three dimensional continuous shape with the interior cut away. Along the interior edge of the trim, the shape runs parallel with the back plane of the receptacle. The trim transitions from a flat plane to a slope along the edge before joining with the thermoplastic polyurethane edge along the perimeter perpendicular to the back plane. The broken lines depicting the configuration of the receptacle indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
