The mark consists of a peak or apex design element having a fully-formed, angled left side and a partially-formed, angled right side. The right side of the apex design truncates atop the letter T in the literal element APTUMBUILD. The literal element APTUMBUILD extends within the lower portion of the apex design element and to the right thereof. The literal element APTUMBUILD appears in stylized letting, wherein the letter A appears as a smaller version of the apex design and without a crossbar member, and the letters B and D are shown without the customary left side vertical members.
