The mark consists of three concentric circles of white, black, and black with a red stripe, with the stylized white wording "CHEMICAL" around the top between the first and second circles set against a shaded black area. Underneath the "C" is the stylized white wording "TRADITION" and underneath the "L" is the stylized white wording "LIFESTYLE", beneath each are two stylized curved lines creating a white shaded space. Around the bottom inside the outer circle is the stylized black wording "GUYS". Set against the black shaded center is a stylized white chemical bottle designed to look like a skull, through which are two white angled pistons and connecting rods crossing behind the skull design. Beneath the skull design is the stylized white wording "LOS ANGELES" to the right of the circles are the words "SHINE" in white letters within a black rectangle outlined in red and "SHOP" in black letters in a white box outlined in red, a yellow arrow starting after "SHINE" goes across the top of "SHOP" and then points down and contains white and red outlining.
