The mark consists of a rectangle containing a stylized depiction of a perspective view of an office building, with the left side of the building including three solid vertical line segments spaced from one another and increasing in height from left to right, with three solid parallelograms spaced from one another and arranged vertically above the center vertical line segment and two solid parallelograms spaced from one another and arranged vertically above the vertical line segment to the right of the center vertical line segment, and the right side of the building having a solid coloration and a stair step configuration, with an upper portion essentially mirroring the overall outline of the left side of the building, and the word "iREIT" to the right of the rectangle.
