The mark consists of: a coat of arms comprising a brown ship having two masts with gold sails and a blue wheel house and wheel, the ship having a gold banner beneath it with the word "HUTCHINSON" (in red letters) thereon positioned atop a green coat, beneath the coat, four flags surrounding a blue-rimmed white circle in the center of the design, the circle having the word ybor in lowercase letters outlined in blue above a downward facing cigar and the word "CITY" (in uppercaser letters) under the cigar, the design also including a United States flag on a gold flag pole, the flag having red and white horizontal stripes and a blue background with fifty white stars (the flag pole positioned at 11:00,) a Mexican flag on a flag pole consisting of red, white and green vertical stripes with a gold star positioned within a green laurel positioned in the center of the white vertical stripe (the flag pole positioned at 10:00,) the flag of Cuba on a flag pole, the flag having a single white star against a red triangular background, the flag also having blue and white horizontal stripes positioned to the right of the white star (the flag positioned at 1:00) and the flag of Spain on a flag pole, the flag having gold and orange horizontal stripes, the flag pole positioned at 2:00, all of the flags positioned above a laurel, the laurel having a brown cigar leaf on the left connected to a green guava leaf on the right, the green leaf having gold balls berries on its branches.
