The mark consists of the words "FAN OWNERSHIP" in stylized blue lettering above a crest having an external white border and blue interior, the interior of the crest further having a red shape resembling an inverted pentagon centered inside the blue crest with the white letters "FOFL" partially inside the red shape and partially inside the blue portion of the crest, six white stars further inside the crest above the red inverted pentagon shape and the letters "FOFL", a blue football with white stitching tilting left and extending from the apex of the blue crest, the blue words "FOOTBALL LEAGUE" below the blue crest, with one red star opposite each side of and aligned approximately along the horizontal mid-point of the crest, the two red stars further being proximate and between the words "FAN OWNERSHIP" and "FOOTBALL LEAGUE".
