TACOS DEL CARTEL

The mark consists of a white skull or calavera and the black stylized words "TACOS DEL CARTEL" arcing above the skull, with the skull being outlined in black. The orbit of each eye is created by a black shaded circle, with a circle of cream dots within the outside of both circles, with a dark red styled rose inside the center of each eye, and with a green scalloped outline around each eye. Below the bottom of the branches on either side are two small circles with a yellow center and light blue outline. Further down, to the bottom left and right of each eye, are two stacked dots with a black center and gray outline, below which is a medium red heart with a yellow outline. Below the eyes is a light blue nose with a black center and detailing, and to the left and right of the nose are abstract tear shapes in, from inside to outside, green, light blue, yellow, and medium red. Below the shapes on each side are two small circles with a black center and gray outline. Directly to the bottom left and right of the nose are stylized flowers, with a yellow center and light blue petals. Below the nose is a stylized black outline of a mouth and teeth, with small black dots displayed horizontally above the mouth. Below the mouth in the center of the chin is a stylized black star, to the bottom left and right of which are stylized curved dark blue and yellow lines. To the outside of both lines is a stylized dark pink curved line, above which is a stylized medium pink curved outline. Between the star and the medium pink outline on either side are three stylized stars, with the outer stars having a yellow center and light blue petals, and with the middle flowers having an orange center and petals.

The colors white, black, cream, medium red, dark red, green, light blue, dark blue, yellow, medium pink, dark pink, orange, and gray are claimed as a feature of the mark.
