The mark consists of a trapezoid separated at the center of each horizontal axis with a contiguous semi-circle and each vertical axis slightly angled inward from 90 degrees. Inside this shape, the top semi-circle features the first two words of the mark "EL SEGUNDO" in a stylized script font in white text outlined in sky blue with the first letter of each word (the "E" and the "S") capitalized and the remainder of these words in lowercase. The outer outline border of the entire trapezoid is in sky blue medium point. Directly internal to the sky blue color border is a second gold color border of the entire trapezoid in gold fine point. The entire interior of the trapezoid is in navy blue other than as otherwise detailed.
