Design Mark
The mark consists of a design that is the map outline of the state of Minnesota in black with the words "BACKING THE BLUE LINE" located within the state of Minnesota design. The word "BACKING" is in white and is located over the italicized word "THE" in white which has two long white dashes located on either side of it. A blue banner with the words "BLUE LINE" in white is superimposed on the state of Minnesota design, underneath the italicized word "THE", with ends of the banner slightly folded underneath the state of Minnesota design at each end. The banner is double-pointed at each end. Underneath the banner is a pair of interlocking rings with one being a blue wedding ring outlined in gray and the other being a gray and white diamond ring. The rest of the white in the mark is background only and is not being claimed as a feature of the mark.
