Design Mark
The mark consists of a circle and a pentagon in the center of the circle with the spacing between the circle and the pentagon broken up into five wave portions extending from the corners of the pentagon. The wave portion adjacent to the lowermost side of the pentagon has a road that narrows as the road extends toward the circumference of the circle. The wave portion and the wave portion immediately clockwise from the wave portion with the road are shaded darker than the three other wave portions.
