The mark consists of a three-dimensional trade dress for the design and layout of the interior of a retail store providing applicant's retail store services. The store features walls, or partial walls, with baffles, or baffle-like design, wherein beds and other furniture may be positioned between the walls. A center wall divides the store from a front and back portion. The center wall extends non-perpendicular to the store front. A bed may be positioned in front of the center wall along with other furniture. A faux ceiling may be positioned over portions of each of the walls and include wood slats running parallel to each other. The solid lines show the positioning of the mark in connection to the store and are features claimed as part of the mark. The matter shown in broken lines is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position or placement of the mark.
