The mark consists of the capital letters NRS, in the font shown, with the R being slightly enlarged as compared to the N and the S, appearing inside an oval outline in the same color as the letters, all superimposed against a solid oval of a contrasting color, such that the placement of the oval outline within the solid oval creates a concentric oval or double border effect.
