Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a trailer bearing the image of a body of water with a surface showing the water in motion and with air bubbles. A vertical stripe cuts through the image near the rear end of the side of the trailer. The outline of the trailer, the trailer wheels, the supporting posts on the undercarriage, the trailer doors, the frame around the trailer doors, and the door handles all appear in dotted lines in order to show the placement and position of the mark and are not claimed features of the mark. A safety shower, eye wash station, water filling spigot, and ice delivery chute appear in dotted lines and are not claimed as individual features of the mark; however, the placement of these individual features are considered to be part of the overall mark.
