K.I.Te. objective and purpose is to; help in the working, development, and/or management of commercial branding, innovation, and organizational undertaking of ideas, intellectual property, software, and commercial products; help in the management of the business affairs of its subsidiary businesses, property, and products and commercially functions as an industrial or commercial enterprise for the further research and development of entrepreneurial innovations, inventions, and products; help to provide services for licensing and advertising primarily undertaking communications to the public, providing thinktanks for innovation, declarations or announcements by all means of diffusion and concerning all kinds of goods or services; help to bring together, for the benefit of the public, of a variety of goods (excluding the transport thereof), enabling customers to conveniently view, license, develop, and purchase those goods; such services may be provided by retail stores, wholesale outlets, through mail-order catalogs or by means of electronic media, for example, through web sites or television shopping programs; and, help to provide services consisting of the registration, transcription, composition, compilation, integration, education, or systematization of written communications and registrations for public and private sectors, and also the compilation of innovation, branding, marketing, and or statistical data in connection to the goods and services provided
