Design Mark
The mark consists of a design having an oval with a V-shaped groove extending from the top of the oval to a bottom of the oval where there is a break in the oval. At the opening of the V-Shaped notch is the wording "WHEELER". Over the V-shaped groove within the oval and under the wording "WHEELER" is the wording "REX" so that portions of the letters "R" and "X" each partially form the V-shaped groove.
