NISA PREMIER

The mark consists of a stylized shield, wherein an irregular six-sided polygon composes the dominant feature of the mark. An inverted chevron defines the shield's crest having an obtuse angularity that corresponds to the mark's lowermost angled section. The chevron's right-hand portion consists of an ascending line segment with an angled endpoint perpendicular to the shield. A similar line segment of corresponding thickness is located in-parallel immediately beneath the chevron's right-hand line segment, having an angled endpoint perpendicular to the shield. A tapered nib, extending from the right-hand section of the irregular polygon, has an upper angle that parallels the ascending line segment immediately above it. The irregular polygon features a single five-pointed star located toward the upper left-hand portion of the shield. The stylized acronym "NISA" is aligned over the shield, wherein capital letters "N," "S," and "A" are depicted in block lettering, and where the capital letter "I" is stylized with a lower terminating angle that descends slightly lower than the "N", "S", and "A" lettering. The word "PREMIER" appears centered beneath the "NISA" acronym, having capitalized letters rendered in a reduced plain font. A thin continuous three-segmented line runs in parallel along the left-hand and lowermost area of the shield.
