The mark consists of a border having two sets of octagons, each set of the octagons consisting of two lines, with the words "SEMINARY HILL CIDERY" and "CALLICOON NEW YORK" positioned between the two sets of octagons and a cross design separating each of the words, with a weathervane of a chicken positioned in the center of the mark, with three stars positioned over the weathervane, with three wavy lines below the weathervane, and with two zig-zag lines starting at the midpoint of the vertical lines in the inner octagon and extending downward below the three wavy lines to the bottom horizontal line of the inner octagon and upward to the midpoint of the opposite vertical line of the inner octagon.
