The mark consists of a three-dimensional trade dress configuration of packaging of the goods, namely, a bottle. The bottle is symmetrical, whereby a portion of the bottle below the neck tapers inwardly while having first protrusions defining a first set of fourteen elongated apexes extending downwardly towards a center section having a flush section, and below the center section having a flush section tapers outwardly while having second protrusions defining a second set of fourteen elongated apexes extending downwardly towards a base.The base of the bottle is circular in shape while defining fourteen apexes corresponding to their respective second set of fourteen elongated apexes extending downwardly towards a base. The dotted outline at the flush section is used to illustrate the placement of the mark. The dotted lines depicting the neck of the bottle is used to illustrate the placement of the mark.
