The mark is a three-dimensional configuration of a specific design feature of the table utensil neck, the specific design feature comprising a gabled appearance of the left and right sides of the table utensil neck. The elements of the drawing that constitute the mark are set forth in subsections (a), (b), (c), and (d), immediately following: (a) the solid line extending along the upper right edge of the table utensil neck; (b) the solid line below the line described in section (a) above; (c) the solid line to the left of the line described in section (a) above; and (d) neck surfaces between the lines described in sections (a), (b), and (c) above. The left wall of the table utensil neck is a mirror image of the neck's right wall which faces the viewer of the drawing. Each of the elements described in subsections (a), (b), (c), and (d) above is claimed as part of the mark.
