The mark consists of the stacked words "CIVIC DESIGN CENTER" depicted in white on the right side of a curved rectangular blue design. Immediately to the left of the first white "C" in the word "CIVIC" are six squares depicted with three rows of two squares each; the top first row has a white square on the left and a teal square on the right. The middle second and third bottom rows of squares are depicted in white. To the left of the white words "CIVIC DESIGN CENTER" and the six square design in the blue curved rectangular design is a blue outlined circle with blue vertical and horizontal lines within the circle where the top third of the inner circle is depicted with white rectangles outlined in blue, the middle third of the circle is depicted in yellow with yellow squares and rectangles outlined in blue, and the bottom third of the circle is depicted in orange with blue outlined rectangles. In the middle of the circle with the blue, white, yellow and orange design in the background is a stylized person depicted in teal with a teal circle for the head, a wavy teal band resembling an arm reaching up, and an incomplete upper half of an ellipse representing the bottom half of a stylized person, all outlined in blue and shaded with teal.
