The mark consists of the first line of uppercase letters in black of "E," "C," "O," "K," and lowercase letters in black of "r," "u," "n," "c," "h," to complete the words " ECO Krunch;" however, the uppercase letter "O" is filled in with the color of black in which insert in such letter is a depiction of a canine (i.e., dog) paw filled in with the color of white. The mark also consists of the second line of two words, in which the first word has uppercase letters in dark grey of "B" and "Y" spelling out the complete word "BY;" and the second word has uppercase letters in dark grey of "E," "C," "O," "T," "H," "E," "R," "A," "P," and "Y," spelling out the complete word "ECOTHERAPY;" however, the uppercase letter "O": 1) is slightly smaller than the font size of the other letters in the Mark; 2) has a filled with a dark background creating this specific circular shape; 3) has an overlay of three distinct and separate horizontal white lines from the bottom of the letter "O" to approximately 1/3 from the bottom of the letter "O;" and 4) has an overlay of a silhouette of a Seed Mark - a seedling growing from the earth with a white background in which the top of the Seed Mark is almost to the top of the letter "O" and the bottom of the Seed Mark intersects between the upper two distinct and separate horizontal white lines.
