Additional Information
Design Mark
The mark consists of a compass rose, which is a circle with four directional arrows inside of it. Each arrow begins in the middle of the circle. Each arrow is wider toward the middle of the circle, tapering at the end to a point. The arrows point to the four cardinal directions of north, east, south and west. In the area between the north arrow and the east arrow is a picture of a rising sun with the center of the sun appearing in orange, the outer rays of the sun in yellow and the background in orange. The sun appears to rise from the center of the compass rose where the north and east arrows meet. The sun is a portion of a full circle with rays emanating from the edge of the circle. In the area between the east arrow and the south arrow is a picture of the leaf of a tree with the leaf in a light burgundy over a darker burgundy background. The stem of the leaf comes from the center of the compass rose where the east and south arrows meet. In the area between the south arrow and the west arrow is a picture of a snowflake. The snowflake appears to fall from the center of the compass rose where the south and west arrows meet and appear in light purple over a darker purple background. In the area between the west arrow and the north arrow is a picture of a flower. The stem of the flower comes from the center of the compass rose where the west and north arrows meet. The stem and flower appear in a light green over a darker green background. The entire compass rose is outlined in black circle boarder which is itself outlined in thinner yellow boarders in each side. To the right of the compass rose is the word "TAMARACK" written in black block capital letters. The "t" at the beginning of the word and the "k" at the end of the word extend below the remaining letters in the middle. The cross through the middle of the first "a" extends to the left, behind the "t" in an arc around to the bottom of the "t". The right bottom leg of the "r" sweeps downward and to the right below the "a" immediately to the right and arcs upward toward the bottom of the "c". The top right arm of the "k" extends upward in an arc which ends pointing downward at the end of the word. The letters in "TAMARACK" are outlined in yellow. The word "RESORT" appears in black block letters below the letters "AMAR" in "TAMARACK".
