In front of the island there is a prayer rock in the ocean, two Tolowa Dee-ni' baskets, an arrow, two acorns and a salmonid fish. The flag is banded in red on top and bottom There is a friendship pattern in black cross-hatches extending from the middle of the seal to the left and right edges of the flag.
