ROMANIA

The sign consists of a stylized eagle. The eagle is wearing a crown and is holding a sword in its left claw and a scepter in its right claw. It carries a Latin cross in its beak. A shield appears in front of the eagle that is divided into five sections. The upper-left section contains an eagle. A sun appears to the left of the eagle and a crescent moon appears to the right of the eagle with the eagle holding a Latin cross in its beak. The upper-right section contains a bullhead with a star appearing between its horns. A flower appears to the left of the bullhead and a crescent moon appears to the right of the bullhead. The lower-left section contains a lion holding a sword standing on a castle wall above water waves. The lower-center section contains two fish. The lower-right section contains an eagle with a sun to its left and a crescent moon to its right. Beneath the eagle is a wall featuring seven castles. All the foregoing appears within a shield above the word "ROMANIA" in between two dots. All the foregoing appears within a concentric circle design with the outer circle consisting of a solid line and the inner circle consisting of smaller circles.
