The lower-left section contains a gold and black lion holding a silver sword standing on a black and gold castle wall above blue and black water waves, all against a red background. The lower-center section contains two gold and black fish against a blue background. The lower-right section contains a silver and black eagle against a blue background with a gold sun to its left and a silver and black crescent moon to its right. Beneath the eagle is a gold, black, and red wall featuring seven red and black castles. All the foregoing appears within a blue shield.
