The shield also contains a sunflower in yellow, red, and green on a gray background, and is bordered by a yellow and blue wreath. Across the top of the wreath is a line of blue rectangles, and hanging from the bottom of the wreath is a yellow sheep. All of the foregoing appears on a light blue background.
