The sign consists of a shield appearing in a decorative circular border with a crown on the top. The shield is a red field divided into four section. One shows a yellow castle having a blue door and blue windows. One shows a dark purple lion on a light blue square background. One shows red and yellow vertical stripes. One shows a dark red wagon wheel with a blue hub on a red background. A circular design comprising yellow fleur de lis on a blue field appears middle of the shield. At the bottom of the shield is a yellow and red rose having green leaves. The circular carrier is formed by a necklace design from the bottom of which hangs a yellow sheep suspended by a red rope. The necklace is comprised of alternating beads of blue and yellow with red flowers. The crown design at the top is yellow with jewels of green, white and red. A blue and yellow ball with a yellow cross on top forms the top of the crown. The entire design appears in a red oval having a gold border.
