Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional trade dress depicting the commercial impression created by the interior of a hotel room. The hotel room features a dressing room that leads directly to the living portion of the room. On one side of the dressing room are two standing rectangular cubicles. Draw curtains hang over the rectangular cubicles, vanity, and sink cabinet. The two cubicles are room height. On the other side of the dressing room are two doors that open to a bathroom or shower. The end of the dressing room is marked by a rectangular doorway that leads to the other room designed for sleeping. A large sliding door separates the living room from the dressing room. The sliding door maintains an open format, when the door is open, and divides the sleeping and living chambers, when closed.
