The mark consists of the wording "CHARXGE" depicted vertically to the left of a vertical rectangle positioned at the top of an incomplete circle that does not connect at the top. The vertical rectangle is depicted from above the top of the open circle to midpoint of the circle, and the word "CHARXGE" is vertically positioned to the left and parallel with the vertical rectangle at the top of the open incomplete circle.
