The mark consists of a caricature of the face of one of the founding fathers of the United States wearing a hat and below which is a depiction of a portion of a flag containing stripes to the left of which is a circular array of question marks, the flag portion being below the face of the founding father, the words "Yes We Can?" positioned above the flag portion, the word "GAME" positioned in the upper one of the stripes at the right end thereof, and the caricature and the flag depiction being contained within a circle with a portion of the hat extending beyond the circle.
