The mark consists of a circle and within the circle are five point stars equidistant apart extending circularly around the immediate inner circumference of the circle covering both the left and right sides of the immediate inner circumference of the circle and a portion of the upper part of the circle and a portion of the lower part of the circle. Where the portion of the upper part of the immediate inner circumference of the circle does not contain stars are displayed the words "PRO MILLION$" and where the portion of the lower part of the immediate inner circumference of the circle does not contain stars is displayed the word "LIFESTYLE". In the center of the circle is the stylized word "PRO" with the capital letter "P", the capital letter "R" and the capital letter "O" slightly merging/overlapping. Extending outwardly from the capital letter "O" and to the left is a globe of the world.
