The mark consists of a large gray circle, almost completely shaded, which transitions from a light gray upper left side to dark gray lower right side. In the center of the gray circle is a smaller white circle. Inside the white circle, in the lower right section, is a gray crescent moon shape, with its opening facing towards the upper left side of the mark. Additionally, a thick white line runs diagonally from the upper right side of the gray circle towards the gray circle's center but does not touch the white circle in the center of the gray circle, leaving a portion of the gray circle between the inner white circle and white line.
