Design Mark
The mark consists of of a three-dimensional configuration of a guitar headstock. The contoured swirl or "S" shaped line running from the top of the headstock, then down along the right side, then to the lower left corner, represents a demarcation of differing depths (with the surface area to the right of the line having a lower depth), and is claimed as part of the mark. The dotted parallel lines running horizontally near the bottom of the drawing indicate the placement of the string nut and are not part of the mark. The six circles in dotted lines indicate the placement of string tuning peg holes and are not part of the mark.
