The mark consists of a sweet potato with three roots growing out of the bottom tip and three heart-shaped leaves growing out of the top tip. Six pairs of lines frame the top of the potato in a half circle meant to portray rays of light. Below the potato are the words, "ROOTS BAR", in a gritty font.
