The mark consists of the stylized wording "BACO" with the letter "B" displayed larger and the letter "A" comprised of a circle in place of the horizontal line, followed by a large display of the numeral "17", below this and between the letter "B" and numeral "17" appears the wording "SPHERE" comprised of a circle in place of the middle horizontal line in both letter "E's", all inside an overall oval shape with sides curved inwardly until the letters "CO" and back outward to the end with the top right corner of the design curved inward and a circle appearing in that location.
