The mark consists of a three-dimensional product configuration of a cambered canopy extended from a stationary roof of a vehicle, the mark comprising a combination of the shape and overall appearance of the cambered canopy characterized by a U-shaped framework of tubular cylindrical members including a cambered roller and telescopically fitted cylindrical tubes extending longitudinally in parallel on opposite sides of the cambered roller with a canvas cover thereon.
