Design Mark
The mark consists of the three-dimensional configuration of a collapsible spacer for delivery of aerosolized medication to the lungs. The spacer has an overall rectangular shape where the two long sides are curved toward the center. The rounded opening at the top of the spacer houses the inhaler of aerosolized medication and the opening at the bottom with the two small rounded shapes is where the user places their mouth. These openings are represented by dotted lines. The dotted lines in the drawing are not claimed as features of the mark and serve only to show the placement of the mark on the goods..
