The mark consists of two lines containing words, one line directly above the other, and two circular symbols to the left of the words. The mark's background is white. The letters are black. The circular symbols are gray, black and red, as described below. On the upper line, the words "MERIDIAN ICS" are in bold black capital letters. To the right of "MERIDIAN ICS" in smaller black non-bolded font are the letters "INC", also in capital letters and in the same typeface. Directly under the top line, the words "ELEVATING STANDARDS" appear in capital black non-bolded letters in a font smaller than the one used for the "INC" in the upper line. The words "ELEVATING STANDARDS" are directly underneath "MERIDIAN" in the upper line and span the first "M" to the final "N" in the word "MERIDIAN". To the left of those two lines, there are two gray circles of the equal size, one directly above the other. The circles do not touch. The upper circle's top is the same height as the top of the "M" in "MERIDIAN". The bottom of the lower circle is the same height as the midpoint of the bottom half of the first "E" in "ELEVATING". Each circle contains an isosceles triangle within. The triangle points are fully enclosed within their respective circles, and the triangles are the same size. The upper circle contains a red triangle pointing upwards. The bottom circle contains a black triangle pointing downwards. The triangles resemble the up and down call buttons of an elevator.
