Machine monitoring telematics system, comprised of telematics apparatus in the nature of an on-board computer connected to the machine data bus, wireless devices being wireless communication devices for voice, data or image transmission which provide telematic services, non-internet based wireless communication devices, namely, radios, navigation sensors for sensing motion, wireless transmitters, electric actuators, global position system (GPS) and satellite receivers, computer network interface devices, wireless LAN (local area network) hardware being connection devices, connection cables and structural parts and fittings thereof, satellite and radio transmission signal processors and receivers; data transmitters and receivers equipped with machines, namely, radio transmitters and receivers, satellite transmitters and receivers and cellular telephone transmitters and receivers
