The mark consists of a seal comprised of two concentric circles surrounded by a border circle with scalloped edges. The outside circle includes the wording "MEMPHIS MADE" across the top and "BREWING COMPANY" across the bottom, with two grain stalks on either side of the circle. The inner circle includes a stylized letter "M" in large lettering, with a brewing hops bud directly above the "M", and under the "M" an outline of the state of Tennessee with a star on the bottom left-hand corner.
