Going around the circular border are smaller circles. Outside the smaller circles is a double incomplete circular border featuring stylized flare-like designs on the left and right sides. The top gap features a stylized crown featuring three small circles in the base. Above the crown is a fleur-de-lis-like shape featuring two small circles on the left and right sides.
