To provide unique, one of a kind, high precision mapping reports by combining aerial daylight photos and aerial infrared imaging with other engineering software applications of low slope roofs, building envelopes, and other infrastructure sites. These daylight photos and infrared images will be obtained by using very precise cameras mounted on drones that are navigated by sophisticated flight management systems. Specifically, this equipment does report the position of the drone and the location on the maps within centimeters. This data is then run through software that will convert these images into engineering grade maps to identify moisture in the targeted roof sections, building envelopes, and other infrastructure sites. These engineering grade maps will then be analyzed by licensed civil and construction engineers to provide unique precision maps of moisture in these roof sections, building envelopes, and other infrastructures. Combining these high precision drone aerial images, with multiple engineering software applications, and subsequently analyzed by experienced licensed civil and construction will provide one of a kind precision quality reports
