The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of trade dress for the interior design of a restaurant/bar comprising a bar area, in which the wall enclosed by the bar is divided into four rectangular sections by three vertical square-shaped columns, each section being comprised of two rectangular pieces of corrugated steel arranged along the lower part of the section and illuminated by red lighting, with the tabletop base upon which the tabletop bar sits being comprised of vertically aligned, evenly spaced, rectangular slats in a distressed appearance and illuminated by red lighting, and six overhanging lights with the lightshades in the color red. There are three inverted industrial style U shaped fixtures on the tabletop of the bar. Each U shaped fixture comprises two plumbing elbow plumbing parts at opposite ends of the U, a horizontal plumbing type pipe joining the two elbows of each fixture, and two vertical plumbing type pipes extending from each elbow part of each fixture to the tabletop. The broken lines depicting the shelf that divides the corrugated steel in each section, and the flat tabletop bar indicates placement of the mark for the services and are not part of the mark.
