MR MAHOGANY ROW THE PLATINUM COLLECTION

The mark consists of the trade dress of the product packaging used in connection with the Applicant's goods, namely a box and a lid to the box. Solid lines are used to show the elements of the product packaging that are claimed as part of the mark, and broken lines are used to indicate the portions of the product packaging that are not claimed as part of the mark. The first image is a three-dimensional view of the lid of the box. On this image are the letters MR in stylized format, which appear inside two rectangles, one larger than the other. Below the letters MR appear the words MAHOGANY ROW in stylized format. Below the words MAHOGANY ROW appear the words THE PLATINUM COLLECTION in stylized format, which words appear between two small diamond shapes. The second image is a three-dimensional view of the interior of the bottom of the box. The interior of the box consists of six individually segmented storage squares, which store the Applicant's goods. The six square segments are approximately three inches by three inches (3" x 3") inside the box, which box is approximately 9 ¿ inches wide, 6 ¿ inches deep and 3 1/8 inches high (9 ¿" x 6 ¿" x 3 1/8"). The individually segmented storage squares are designed to package five ties in the top two right and left segments and the bottom three segments, and to package two tie clips in the top middle segment.
