The words "KAPPA ALPHA PSI FRATERNITY, INC." appear vertically on the cactus. A scroll covers the top quarter of the state outline and cactus and contains the words "GRAND CHAPTER MEETING". Above the scroll, and partially covering the state outline, is the wording "85TH". Below the scroll and centered in the outline of the state are the words "THE DIAMOND IN THE DESERT" with the numbers "2021" directly below it. Centered between the "0" and second "2" in "2021" is a heraldic shield with a helmet at the top and scroll at the bottom, with the shield and scroll containing unidentifiable symbols and writing. At the bottom of the state outline are the words "JULY 13-18, 2021 PHOENIX, AZ".
