Design Mark
The mark consists of a configuration of markings on a set of four (4) types of game pieces sold as a unit for the game known as Kubb or viking chess which consists of the following four (4) types of pieces: (1) a dark rectangular prism with a thin light stripe around either end, (2) a light cylinder with a dark stripe around either end with an end that tapers to a blunt point, (3) a dark rectangular prism, bearing thick light stripes and upon one of the light stripes is adorned a design of a human arm holding an axe, which tapers then expands into a squared top with a crenelated top resembling the top of a castle and (4) a light cylinder with a dark stripe around each end. The outline of all of the game pieces are comprised of dotted lines, indicating that the shapes of the game pieces are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
