The mark consists of a circular shield; in the center of said shield is a geographic representation of the state of Ohio that overlays thirteen radiating rays and solid color shape mimicking land; said center of said shield is outlined by two circular interior solid color lines; said shield includes an exterior solid color circular line; said shield includes in the space between said interior lines and exterior line three stars located at the bottom of said space with the center star being large in size than the two adjacent same-sized stars and the words "Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program" spaced approximately evenly and forming an arc shape around the space with the word "Ohio" being adjacent the left-most star and the word "Program" being adjacent the right-most star.
